The 2026 Stafford Model Railway Show takes place on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th September 2026 at Stafford County Showground in Bingley Hall, bringing another packed weekend of inspiration for railway modellers and enthusiasts.

Building on the success of previous years and almost 60 years of experience running the event, the Stafford Model Railway Exhibition has grown to become the largest independent model railway exhibition in the country. Visitors can expect a wide range of scales, eras and styles, with something to interest long-time hobbyists, families, and anyone curious about the craft and creativity behind model railways.

This year’s show will feature 55+ layouts showcasing detailed scenery, realistic operation and imaginative design. Alongside the layouts, there will be 75+ traders offering models, tools, kits, accessories and specialist supplies, plus a strong presence from clubs, demonstrations, societies and interest groups—ideal for picking up tips, learning new techniques and discovering the latest products.

Whether attending to shop, to find new ideas for a layout, or simply to enjoy the spectacle of expertly built miniature railways in action, the 2026 Stafford Model Railway Show promises an excellent day out.
